REFUND POLICY

Refund Requests

All refund requests must be made via www.ecov.co/refunds.


 

For Residential trips & International Trips 

 

Please refer to Section 3 of the Terms and Conditions which can be viewed here

For Holiday Camps

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the day of attendance will receive a 95% refund or 100% credit upon request.

 

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the day of attendance will receive a 50% refund or 100% credit upon request.

Non-attendance without notification will not receive a refund.

Partial Attendance - No refunds will be given for partial attendance of any booking.

Credits - Provided Ecoventure is notified of non-attendance by 10 am on the day, a 100% credit note against a future week can be requested.

Timeframe for Requests - Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the last booked date.
